If something doesn't work for you, you can send it back. Here's how it goes.

You have 14 days

As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day you received the parcel. You don't have to tell us why.

Before you send it back

Write to us first at ncsquared2.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and which piece you want to return. We'll reply with the address to send it to.

What condition

The garment has to be unworn, with its tags on, in its original packaging.

Who pays the shipping

You pay the return shipping. But if the piece arrived faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, we cover it — send us a photo and we'll sort it out.

When you get your money

Once we receive the return and check it, we refund you to the same payment method you used.

Changing size

We don't do direct exchanges, because we have very few of each size and can't keep them held. Send it back and place a new order — but write to us first so we can see whether the size you want is there.
