Shipping policy
We ship from our shop in Salamina, Greece. Orders normally leave us within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Where we ship
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. If you can't find yours, email us at info@ncsquared2.com and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier, so we can't promise an exact date. Once your parcel leaves us you can follow it with the tracking number we send you. In any event we will deliver your order no later than 30 days after it is placed. If we fail to, you may set us a reasonable additional period, and if we still haven't delivered you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Duties and taxes
Orders going outside the European Union may be charged import duties, taxes and carrier processing fees in your country. These are payable by you, are not included in our prices and are not collected at our checkout — the carrier will ask you for them at or before delivery.
Wrong address or a problem with your parcel
Please check your address before you complete your order — we can only correct it until the parcel is handed to the carrier.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility until it reaches you. Email us at info@ncsquared2.com and we'll put it right.
If your parcel comes back to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you: we can either re-ship it at the rate in the table above for your destination, or refund the price of the goods less the return carriage the carrier charged us. If, by sending the parcel back, you are withdrawing from your entire order, we also refund the standard delivery charge, as set out in our refund policy. None of this limits your statutory right of withdrawal.
