Tell us within 14 days

EU consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of delivery. Email your decision, order number and products to info@ncsquared2.com. Prior approval is not required to exercise this right.

Send the return within 14 days

Send the goods within 14 days after notifying us to NCSquared2, 84 Leoforos Faneromenis, 189 00 Salamina, Greece. Keep proof of dispatch.

Trying on and product condition

You may try the garment on as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may cause a deduction for diminished value. Missing packaging or tags does not automatically remove your withdrawal right; retain and return them where possible.

Return costs

You pay the direct return cost for withdrawal. We cover returns for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item; contact us to arrange this.

Refunds

We refund through the same payment method without a fee within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. A full withdrawal includes the cost of the cheapest basic delivery we offered. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. See the full policy for partial returns and exceptions.
